Water Lines: Tightly clamped?  Well Secured?  Soft, Not hardened?

Exhaust Hoses: Tightly Clamped?  No contact with other parts? Soft not Burned?

Choke Lever: Operates Chokes To full Open and Full Close? 

Throttle :Moves Smoothly?  No Hoses touching Linkage? Draws to Full Open?

Battery & Electric Wires : Well Secured?  No Corrosion on battery terminals?

Fuel Valve: Moves smoothly to all Positions

Motor Mounts: Push on motor to assure Tight and Intact

Air in Oil Injection Lines? (If engine does not run)

Air Inlet (flame arrestor) is Tight and Secure?

Compartment Floor:  Oil or Fuel Residue?  Evidence of Major Hull Repair?
